Hi, I'm Chastinee!

I'm a community-engaged scholar-practitioner focused on supporting educators and students in postsecondary readiness, educational equity, and student experience. My work centers on how students and educators navigate pathways to opportunity across K-12, higher education, and workforce systems. I design and facilitate professional development and student success workshops and support postsecondary coaching in high school settings. Through this work, I help translate systems, policy, and practice into meaningful and actionable support for students.
