I am a postsecondary success strategist, educator, and doctoral candidate focused on strengthening postsecondary readiness, access, and success. My work bridges K-12 schools, higher education, and community organizations, helping students, educators, and leaders navigate complex systems with greater clarity and purpose. Through research, consulting, and professional learning, I translate complex ideas into practical strategies that improve opportunities for students. I also lead the Southland Readiness Project (SRP), an initiative focused on helping students and families navigate postsecondary pathways with clarity and intention.
